Louise Samuels is a Charted Physiotherapist and certified APPI Pilates Instructor who is trained in exercise rehabilitation including Ante and Post Natal Pilates.

Ideally please try to attend every class as the class becomes progressively more challenging each week.

Not everyone progresses at the same speed therefore it is important that you work at your own comfortable level.

If for any reason you can’t attend a class please let the Physiotherapist know and the class plan can be emailed out upon request to catch up at home.

You can book onto another block of classes as each block will vary.

You will be offered to rebook for the next block and it is required to be paid by the final week of your current block to secure your place before any available spaces will be released to non class members. It is recommended that you continue to practice the Pilates exercises at home and use the principles and cues learnt into every day life.
