Intermediate Pilates can help to maintain a healthy body and mind, improve sports performance, manage long term health conditions/joint pains and rehabilitate their body post injury.
The class size is limited to a maximum of 12 people which allows the instructor to tailor the exercises to suit your individual needs and goals.
This class is aimed at individuals that have some Pilates experience. This is a progression from the Beginners course as new exercises, levels and equipment will be introduced. The principles of Pilates will be explained and the exercises will be closely supervised to ensure the correct technique is being adopted.
