Beginners Pilates enables you to learn the basics and start at a manageable level. Pilates can can help beginners to get back into exercise to maintain a healthy body and mind, manage long term health conditions/joint pains and rehabilitate their body post injury.
The class size is limited to a maximum of 12 people which allows the instructor to tailor the exercises to suit your individual needs and goals.
This class is aimed at beginners. The principles of Pilates will be explained and the exercises will be closely supervised to ensure the correct technique is being adopted.
